At Next Plumbing, we are a team that honors and cherishes where we came from. Our roots run deep right here in Acadiana as third generation plumbers. We value the knowledge and training from those that came before us. At Next Plumbing, we strive to honor them by building upon their wisdom and adding innovation and refinement to our craft.
To know Blair is to love Blair! His brain is as big as his heart for people - which means a lot if you know him. He’s a loving father to three children – Malachi, Trinity and Judah. He’s been married to his wonderful wife for 12 years and going strong! He’s a third generation plumber - plumbing is in his genes! He’s committed to constantly growing and finding new ways to better serve the community. He enjoys building a sustainable environment for quality team members. Blair is a very ambitious and innovative business owner.

Gabe is another one of those people that everyone just loves! He doesn’t meet a stranger and he’s just the type of person that people end up trusting right away because of his kind heart. He is a very loving husband and father to two children - Liam and Evie. His kids are just as obsessed with him as his wife is! They think he’s the best. He has been working in the plumbing industry for over ten years. He started as a helper, grew to be a technician and ended up in management. So, as a boss, he is very relatable. He has a niche for coming up with systems and implementing methods that make the day to day seamless. He earns the respect of everyone around him so he’s enjoyable to work for. He doesn’t see being a boss as a power play but an opportunity to lead and serve people better and that flows into our service team.
